We visit the development area in sections (NVT), together with your civil engineering and public authorities. In addition, we will work together with you and our client to determine the definitive route.
Details such as minor repairs or adjustments to existing infrastructure can be coordinated at an early stage and integrated appropriately into the process.
Clarity of approvals and traffic regulations (VAO).
We will provide you with clear information on the construction progress and apply for the necessary permits and traffic regulations (VAO) in good time – including deadline management and direct coordination with you.
Visible project start.
We are giving the go-ahead for your development project with the official ground-breaking ceremony.
We are happy to support you in your public relations communication – for example, with press releases or involvement of the municipal council. You will thus be able to make the project visible to your residents.
Construction phase and completion.
